Sybil is survived by her daughter: Sherry Bearce (Mitch); son: Jerry Parsley (Debbie); grandson: Mickey Parsley (Melissa); grandchildren: Kelly Dean Bearce, Jessica Allen (Patrick); great-grandchildren: Brooke, Trey, Iris, Scarlett, Hudson; sister-in-law: Pat Parsley; Margie Jones (Charlie); nephew: Buddy Miller; nieces: Melinda Ingvardsen & Patti Foster. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years John (Bob) Robert Parsley.
Born on January 17, 1932 to Thomas Edward (Ted) and Iris (Owens) Dean in Fort Worth, Texas.
Sybil was a former member of the Texas Barrel Racing Association and she and Bob were members of the Cowtown Posse Riding Club and Drill Team also known as a rodeo time keeper for many years. She raised all types of animals and loved the outdoors as well as having picnics at the creek.
She was known as a pioneer designer in her sewing abilities for western wear. She enjoyed a challenge and made many western costumes for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.

I am so sorry for your loss, I have known Sybil my whole life, loved her and Bob and the family as well. They were our neighbors growing up. I wish I had known when she passed I just found this out today 10/23/2019.
