Dennis was born August 22, 1955 in Borger, TX of parents Curtis Andrew Jones and LeeOna Peabody Jones Crouch.  He was a really sweet affectionate person that loved everyone.  He brought a lot of joy to our family and friends all his life in spite of his handicaps.  He loved to work at Burger King, go bowling, listen to music, dance, sing and play his guitar.  He always told everyone that he was an Elvis impersonator.  He was never shy.  He would entertain as Elvis anywhere he could.  He lived at Denton State School in his younger years, then at home with his Mother, then at Southern Concepts group home and also at Granbury Villa.
He is in the arms of Jesus now, totally whole and healthy, jumping and leaping and praising the Lord.  The family is deeply thankful to the staff at the Glen Rose Nursing facility for the wonderful care and love given to Dennis.  Also, we would like to thank the Alpha Omega Hospice staff for taking care of him to the end.  God bless you all.
Dennis was preceded in death by his Father; Curtis A. Jones of Fort Worth, TX and his Mother, LeeOna Jones Crouch of Granbury, TX.
He is survived by his sister, Clouetta Wentworth of Granbury;  brother, C. Anthony Jones and wife Marsha of Weatherford;  sister, Keron Vanlandingham and husband Marvie of Tolar ; four nieces and four nephews.
He was affectionately called Dennis the Menace Jones.  We will all miss him very much and miss his sweet smile.
