Billy enjoyed playing cards and dominoes with his family. He not only loved going to the mountains on vacation but also visited all 50 states and several countries including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Mexico. Billy liked to joke and kid around as well as playing with the kids. He will be missed by family and friends. Survivors include his wife Vicky Martin; son Mason Martin; daughter Monica Havner; granddaughters Sierra, Tayler and Ryanna Havner; great-grandson Oren Mumm; sister Pauline Elliott and numerous nieces and nephews and many loving relatives.
